What the day will look like
Manage a portfolio of SME clients across a wide variety of clients Servicing, sales and client administration responsibilities for your portfolio Build strong relationships with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders Proactively engage with clients around their risks and insurance policies Respond to day-to-day queries from clients including management of claims Process renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currencies, invoicing
