Dandy is scaling internationally, and we’re hiring a Commercial Account Executive. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes ownership, and wants to play a meaningful role in scaling an international market.

What You'll Do • Own the full sales cycle: qualify, discover, and close new SMB customers • Proactively prospect and engage dental practices to drive new client acquisition • Serve as a founding voice in shaping Dandy’s German sales motion, messaging, and processes • Consistently track activity, pipeline, and performance in Salesforce • Become a student of dentistry and an expert in Dandy’s product and value proposition • Partner closely with senior sales leadership to hit revenue targets and refine KPIs • Operate with urgency, accountability, and a bias toward action in a fast-moving environment What We're Looking For • 5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ year owning a full-cycle closing role • Language requirements: Fluent English and native-level German • Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment strongly preferred • Comfort operating in ambiguity with limited structure and resources • Strong organisational skills and disciplined pipeline management • High proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRMs • Demonstrated track record of professional success Req ID: J-1199 For full-time positions, Dandy offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive, and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate.

This is a high-impact role — not just closing deals, but helping refine and execute the playbook as we continue to expand outside the US. You’ll join a high-performing global sales org and work closely with senior sales leadership to strengthen Dandy’s presence in Germany. This is a hands-on role where execution, curiosity, and grit matter.
