• Advises clients on strategic, creative, and business decisions.
• Identifies opportunities for account growth.
• Takes full responsibility for projects and overall account performance.
• Manages budgeting, forecasting and profitability.
• Leads scope, contract and pricing negotiations.
• Responsible for training, developing and mentoring the account team.
• Identifies talent within the team and supports career development.
• Ensures efficient workflows, resource planning and performance standards.
• Provides final oversight and approval for deliverables, presentations and strategic work.
• Provides hands‑on operational leadership for day‑to‑day operations, stepping in where needed to ensure timely execution, clear ownership and cross-functional alignment.
• Manages escalations and ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintains an effective flow of information to the Client Service Director / Management.
• Ensures integrated communication and alignment across all disciplines.
