We are expanding our German executive team and seek a Director specialising in Engineering and Product C-Level positions (CTO, CPO, and all Data Suite roles) to lead and grow our Nicholson Executive practice in Germany. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving, multicultural team representing 10 nationalities across Europe.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a 360 recruitment consultant, you’ll work with PE/VC-backed tech start-ups, scale-ups, and leading professional services companies. You’ll be responsible for C-suite and leadership placements, helping to shape the future of high-growth businesses across Germany and Europe.
